• General process for ordering special order items via e-mail:
  
  • Send an e-mail to order@Androsia.com advising us of what you would like to order and the delivery method (post or Federal Express).
    
  • We will quickly send you an acknowledgement with the exact cost and estimated delivery date depending on whether you requested post or Federal Express.
    
  • You then confirm your order with payment information to order@Androsia.com, this e-mail address is accessed by customer service agents only, or call (242) 368-2020 or 2080, or fax (242) 368-2027 and supply your credit card information.
    
  • We will confirm via e-mail when your shipment has been sent.
    
  
  
• General process for ordering special order items via phone:
  • Call (242) 368-2020 or 2080 between the hours of 8AM and 4PM Eastern Standard Time Monday - Friday. Advise us of what you would like to order, the delivery method (post or Federal Express), and your payment information.
    
  • We will confirm via e-mail or fax when your shipment has been sent.
    
  
  
• Androsia accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Shipping Information

For shipments outside of the Bahamas a duty may be required. If this is necessary it is usually taken care of by the shipping company and the cost is usually the responsibility of the buyer. We have two ways to ship, Federal Express and the post office (well, 3 if you include mail boat). Three to four garments will be approximately 2 pounds.

• Please add an additional $1.50 for registered mail.

• If you would like to ensure that you package leaves the Nassau post office the same day we give it to them, there may be an extra fee of approximately $1.50 a pound (depending on the size of the package).

Return Policy - We will gladly accept returns for exchange or credit for three months after purchase regardless of the reason. We will accept returns within one year of purchase for any manufacturing defect, but the responsibility of payment for the return shipment, regardless of the reason, is the buyer's.
